I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing room I was upgraded to, even though it wasn't the one I initially booked. The spacious room exceeded my expectations, and the breakfast was truly beyond what I imagined. While it wasn't too noisy, it did turn out to be the noisiest room I've encountered in Colombia.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, enjoying the comfortable rooms with great city views. The service from the attentive staff, especially Alex in the dining area, was exceptional. However, the location might not be ideal due to its positioning in the industrial area of Bogota.
